2b. Location Data

Our mobile application collects location information (including precise or approximate geolocation data) from delivery personnel using the app. This data is collected for the following internal operational purposes:

• To enable real-time tracking of deliveries and optimize routing.
• To support delivery confirmation, scheduling, and route planning.
• To monitor performance and ensure service quality during deliveries.

Location data is collected only while the app is in use and is not shared with any third parties, unless required by law or for fulfilling internal delivery operations. Access to this data is strictly limited to authorized personnel within DALMA MOTORS and its designated service management team.

3. Use and Legal Basis

We may use your personal information for the following purposes were permitted by applicable law as follows:

• Where this is necessary for purposes of our contractual obligations to you. We may also engage third parties for discharge of such obligations. We may need to process personal information for the following purposes relevant for the discharge of our contractual obligations:
